Refund policy

Puwabi operates exclusively as an enterprise-level contract manufacturer and factory-direct B2B supplier. Given the specialized, volume-driven, and custom-fabricated nature of our production matrix, we enforce a strict commercial policy governing all cancellations, returns, and defect claims. By initiating a commercial transaction or finalizing a Proforma Invoice (PI) with us, clients formally acknowledge and accept the following binding regulatory clauses:

  1. Strict Non-Return & Non-Refund Standard All commercial contract sales finalized via our B2B platform or direct Proforma Invoices (PI) are final. Puwabi does not provide returns, exchanges, refunds, or financial credits for buyer’s remorse, commercial project cancellations, localized design re-specifications, or scheduling alterations initiated by the client or third-party stakeholders post-payment.

  2. Custom Fabrication & Sample Sign-Off Protocol Puwabi specializes in highly tailored contract seating and structural table configurations. For all orders incorporating client-specified fabrics (COM/COL), bespoke wood veneers, custom metal electroplating, or modified structural dimensions:

  • Mass production is activated exclusively upon formal, written client approval of a physical counter-sample or high-fidelity digital master technical drawing.

  • Once the production line is scheduled and materials are allocated following client confirmation, the associated order transitions into a strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable status.

  1. Material & Manufacturing Variance Disclaimer Clients acknowledge that premium furniture utilizing organic materials inherently features naturally occurring structural traits:

  • Solid hardwoods, walnut veneers, and natural ash components will exhibit natural grain patterns, timber burls, and minor organic tonal shifting. These variations do not constitute structural factory defects.

  • Minor color dye-lot shifts may occur in textiles between physical sample swatches and the finalized commercial batch under standard manufacturing tolerances. A 100% molecular color match across distinct distinct production runs is not guaranteed.

  1. Manufacturing Warranty & Strict Claim Protocol We stand firmly behind our heavy-duty commercial-grade engineering. All cargo leaving our manufacturing hubs undergoes multi-point inspection. In the exceptional event that an order arrives with verified structural manufacturing defects:

  • Reporting Window: A formal written defect claim must be officially submitted to our quality control division within 7 business days of the cargo's arrival at the destination warehouse or port of discharge. Failure to report within this explicit window constitutes final, irrevocable commercial acceptance of the delivery.

  • Evidence Requirements: Every claim must be accompanied by unedited, high-resolution digital photographs and clear, continuous video footage demonstrating the specific structural failure alongside corresponding batch production numbers and raw packaging labels.

  • Remedial Limitations: For verified manufacturing defects reported within the compliant window, Puwabi will, at its sole corporate discretion, resolve the issue via either: (a) the priority fabrication and delivery of replacement parts/components, or (b) a corresponding commercial credit applied exclusively toward the client's subsequent container shipment.

  1. Freight & Transit Damage Allocation Unless expressly structured otherwise via a signed DDP trade rider, all risk shifts to the buyer or their designated carrier upon container loading at our primary ports under standard Incoterms (FOB/CIF). This factory warranty strictly excludes coverage for damages caused by maritime transit shifting, shipping container condensation, improper localized customs destuffing, forklift mismanagement at destination ports, or post-installation wear and tear.
